Friday 15th January - More turbo

Legs are tired this week after more night runs (even though they are road runs) I'm trying to run hills when out on the roads. Also starting 5 a side football on Wednesdays caused muscles to ache that haven't ached for a while.
A quick 40 mins. 30 mins done at high revs 90+ and 10 mins of 1 minute sprints.
And my legs were tired before I started ... Now!!!
