1st November 2010 - The darkness returns

Half term over - back to work.
Last month was fantastic for running - now the clocks have gone back, the dark days and nights have returned, the chance of running on the moors, fells and mountains is now well and truely restricted to weekends, however the fitness side will still continue.
30 mins on the bike tonight at tension 30 at a very high tempo.
Legs were heavy tonight, that was probably down to the squats last night.
Watch says 30 mins, Avg HR 107, Max HR 122, Cals 195
