Legs were pretty tired today - went for a run from Clough Head Car Park, stayed on the car park side out to the furthest hill, reached the top in about 18 mins - pretty quick!
Went exploring on the way back for a bit of variety, got back in about 45 mins.Tried to push that little bit extra, deffinitely a quick run, the route although slightly different normally takes me around 60 mins.
