Badminton tonight
Good session quite quick - good fun.
Pretty tired this week, not sure if this is still the aftermath of 15+ miles last weekend.
Friday will be a day off.
Run some time over the weekend - don't know yet how far.
Another week to go and off for a week - plan on a 20 miler then and a few long ish runs.
Try to get to 50 miles plus for the week.
