I have always tried to be, and stay healthy, with a good level of fitness.
The plan is to try and create a page / pages with links to ideas, thoughts and methods of fitness.

Body Weight Exercises
You don't need to subscribe to expensive gyms to get a decent work out - you have everything you need in your own home - this is a video can easily be adapted to suit any ones needs. They recommend x 30 reps per exercise, but these can easily be adapted and changed as can the exercises. Enjoy!
