Tuesday 1st February - Badminton

Good fun, lots of running.
Felt strong tonight.
Quick running.
Used the Polar HR watch tonight.
Watch says - 55mins, Avg HR 129, Max HR 151, Cals 512
When you compare the cals from tonight to runs etc 512 cals equates to approximately 4 miles.
Road run planned for tomorrow.
