50 minutes of high tempo turbo session.
Tension set at 30 out of 50.
The first 5 minutes were pretty tough after the run yesterday.
Once I got into it and warmed up the legs got going!
Revs at the beginning were about 85 a minute.
After 5 minutes revs were up to 90.
After 15 mins I was averaging 95 revs a minute.
This I kept up until 40 minutes.
From 40 minutes I pushed on for the last 10 minutes upping the revs to 100+
The last 5 minutes revs were at 105+
Another enjoyable turbo session - feeling good again!
Watch says - 50 minutes, Avg HR 117, Max HR 144, Cals 403.
Busy week at work this week, can't see any running taking place, so the bike will have to do!
Finish for Christmas hols Friday - Run Saturday!
