Friday 17th December - Turbo

Quick ish turbo session tonight.
It's been a long week at work, but the holidays are upon us.
Planning of getting plenty of runs in over the next few weeks.
The plan is to complete a 30 ish mile route just after Christmas, so need to keep up the training.
Tension set at 30 out of 50.
80 revs a minute for the first 5 mins then up to 90 for the next 10, then 100+ for the next 10 minutes.
Minimum of 120 revs a minute for 1 minute, rest for 30 seconds and continue - Tough!

Watch says - 38 minutes, Avg HR 115, Max HR 143, Cals 304

2 hour run planned for Sunday afternoon - Snow is the forecast so we'll wait and see.
