Really sad news this morning - a true gent, family man, neighbour and running friend sadly passed away after battling with illness for a couple of years.
Tony was a real outdoor man who spent time showing me new local routes, runs and trails that he had found, or ones that he had run with his running club Clayton Le Moors Harriers.
As with everything, he did this with a smile on his face and spring in his step.
Our thoughts go out to his family.
