Not only is my running back and going well ... Turbo time is also back on the agenda!!
After todays tough run I managed to do 40 minutes of turbo.
Tension set at 30 out of 40 - Initially revs at 80, quickly upped to 90.
After 10 minutes, upped the revs to 100+ and continued until 40 minutes were complete.
It's good to be getting back to it - Feeling pretty fit at the moment.
Just a few body weight exercises to through in now.
Long may it continue!!
