1 hour badminton tonight.
Lots of short sharp running when the games were played.
Opposition spent a few minutes resting between games!
Good fun though!

After Badminton I did a couple of sets of the BW routine I devised.
This turns out to be a much harder routine than I expected!
Working late tomorrow, but may try 3 sets of these if I get chance tomorrow night.
As soon as I crack 3 sets comfortably then I'll add more exercises.
