The weather has become very wintery - lots of ice, snow and very cold temperatures -9 degrees!
Again work got in the way of training yesterday - no turbo training.
Badminton tonight.
Felt tired before we started.
Really good session tonight. Lots and lots of quick sharp running - At times felt chesty, maybe starting with a cold! That, the plummeting temperatures and asthma will play havoc with my running.
However watch stats are pretty high, so it could just have been a hard session.
Looks like it will be LSR Long Slow Runs rather than eyes out running.
If that's the case hey ho I can live with it.
Watch says - 60 mins, Avg HR 136, Max HR 157, Cals 630.
December tomorrow - Turbo Session starts tomorrow!
