Very easy session tonight.
30 minutes on the bike.
Alternating tension as and when, no lower than 30 (maximum 50)
Felt easy - a good sign.
I have pretty much sorted out my run for tomorrow.
2 hr run. I'm thinking of running my normal run, around Ossy Moors, but adding in Musberry Heights etc.
It's going to be a - 'keep adding on' session.
The idea is to start steady, that's an average tempo, then build up, so the second half of the run, second hour will be pretty full on.
That's the plan.
The weather recently has been pretty bad, lots of rain, storms and strong winds.
Should be a great, fun, crazy day tomorrow and one i've spent all week looking forward to.
