Monday - Clare's birthday 41 today. I'm off work, INSET day working on finishing the kitchen, taking longer thanb expected, no chance of a run! Squats 15 sets of 50 = 750 squats! Feeling strong.
Tuesday - Long day, 7.00am - 8.00pm then Badminton 1 hr feeling good, playing well!
Wednesday - Another long day, 7.00am - 8.00pm. Squats, 10 sets in sets of 50 = 500! 200 situps in sets of 50.
Thursday - Badminton 1 hr
Friday - Exercise bike 35mins
Saturday - Run!!!
