All week fitting a new kitchen, little chance of a run!
Tuesday - Badminton 1 hr good
Thursday - Badminton 1 hr good! Squats, 5 sets of 50 = 250 squats!
Saturday - Run!!! - Clough Head Car Park left hand side route. Very hot today, temp read 26 in the car = about 80 degrees!! Strong going up hills! A bit tired coming back home, maybe the heat.

Squats 10 sets of 50 = 500
Sunday - Finishing the kitchen, but off Monday try to get a long run in 2hrs+ hopefully.
